Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow your bank's processing time to receive the credit.

If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, email us at support@vibeful.com. For all returns and exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
