Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day. 

Order Processing, Cancelation & Changes:

All Orders take 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process within our facility in the USA and Australia, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays, however during promotions orders may take an additional time to process.

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

US, US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii Orders: 

All continental US packages are shipped by our chosen carriers, UPS and USPS. Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) and Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business Days) are shipped via USPS. For large orders we can use UPS or FED EX as an alternative. For Next Day Air it is shipped via UPS. Note, Next Day Shipping Service requires a signature for release.

Vibeful is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. If you are concerned that your package may be lost or damaged, please contact Vibeful.com within 14 days from the date of purchased.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Vibeful.com is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. NoWasteWare.com has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

International Orders:

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Vibeful does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Offers & Promotions:

Vibeful occasionally offers special promotions. To take advantage of these promotions please enter the promotional code during checkout. If the offer is valid, it will automatically be applied to your cart. Only one promotional code may be used per online order and does not apply to certain products, gifts or sets. In addition, only one promotional gift is offered per order.

If you receive any damaged promotional products, please address your concern to contact@vibeful.com. If damaged, the promotional product will be replaced by Vibeful.com. All shipments for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will not upgrade shipping service and can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from customer.
